I would like to thank Chris from Delta Pool Care whom I met in July 2018. He now services our pool and has done an excellent job. He is professional and extremely knowledgeable in the field. When I have called him with a question, he always responds or gets back to me in a timely manner and is always very helpful with my questions. He is also excellent at assisting with resolutions to any concerns. If you want and are looking for professionalism, efficiency, trustworthiness, and a kind person, I truly recommend Chris with Delta Pool Care company to assist with your pool service needs.

There is no reason to go beyond Chris and the boys at Delta Pool Care. I struggled through 4 other pool companies over 3 years before we ran into Delta Pool Care. My wife and I could not be happier. After dealing with constant no shows and prices that seemed to constantly change from other companies, Chris came right in and corrected other pool companies mistakes. He is not only honest but reasonably priced as well. He does a great job at touching basis with us and explaining what and why things are affecting our pool. He has been able to keep our pool in excellent condition for about a year now. Thanks Chris your help and service have been fantastic.

I am giving them 3 stars for quality of work because as I mentioned below the work is not completed yet but Iâ m sure Iâ ll be pleased when itâ s done. Although, my experience with Chris was awesome, he is very personable and easy to talk with. My above ground pool needs a lot of work so the job has not been completed but will have the majority done on Monday. So far my opinion is very good of Delta Pool Care and will know more come the next week or so.

Very pleasant demeanor

We are new customers as of August 2018. Chris is very knowledgeable and was responsive to our needs. In preparation for his first visit (1 week after initial contact), he provided clear instructions on what I needed to do to shock pool and run pump. Pool looks great. I finally met him on Labor Day and was very surprised to see him on the holiday. That shows dedication as he explained that he only takes off three days per year and he will let me know when that will be as well as ensure that the pool is not neglected during that period. We are definitely happy with the service and expertise.

Chris is very knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. I feel he went above and beyond when he gave me all the information I needed to replace our pool pump. I felt very confident with the purchase because of his help.

This pro is super professional and thorough. He will not leave you hanging, he explains everything to you in a helpful manner. He came and gave me a quote for chemical maintenance and he also gave me a break down of everything he would do and he came and did everything right away to make it summer ready. Very pleased with the work. I would recommend to him to anyone and did already recommend him to my cousins!
